Brussels-Shuttle specializes in passenger transportation to and from airports. We offer a reliable, safe and comfortable service to meet all your transportation needs. With experienced drivers and well-maintained vehicles, we are here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Whether you are on a business trip or on vacation, our cab service is there to accompany you at all times.

Our services are provided via: Brussels Shuttle and the corresponding email address info@brussels-shuttle.be. Our transfer services comply with national laws and regulations and we have all the necessary permits and licenses. We manage the transfers correctly, as a company that has the capacity to offer these transfer services.

Airport Taxis offers transportation services for individuals and companies through the website.

These terms and conditions must be read and understood by any person intending to make a reservation through our website, as these terms apply to the contract.
Any person making a booking automatically declares that he/she has read these terms and conditions.

If for any reason you do not agree with these conditions, you should not book with our transport service.

ONLINE BOOKINGS

The person making the reservation must be 18 years of age or older.
This person is also responsible for data entry and full payment.
The online booking process must be followed strictly.

The validity of the order is only valid if you have received a confirmation e-mail.
If the booked service cannot be provided, the customer will be informed and the total amount will be refunded to his account.
After the refund, we have no further responsibility towards the customer.

Receipt of all notifications sent is the responsibility of the customer. We expect you to acknowledge each correspondence. If this is not the case, we will consider the data from our mail server as proof of the notification.

Confirmation of a payment as such is not considered contractual.

The vouchers you received after the payment of our transfers must be kept. If the primary passenger is unable to present the voucher at the time of the transfer service, the driver may refuse the transportation service.

As previously stated, the person making the reservation must be 18 years of age or older.
If this is not the case, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time.
We recommend that parents or legal guardians who are aware of their minor’s reservation contact us so that we can cancel the reservation immediately.
Minors are also not allowed to join our transportation services without adult supervision.

PAYMENT FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

For the payment of the transport service, all common payment methods, including credit card (Bancontact, MasterCard, Visa), bank transfer, Apple pay and PayPal, are offered.

Our rates are always expressed in Euros. If a currency conversion takes place during payment or booking, this conversion is not our responsibility.

CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS

The reservation form always contains the details of the collection point and the order. If the reservation form contains incorrect data, you can change them 24 hours in advance by sending us an e-mail to info@brussels-shuttle.be or by sending us a message via Whatssap to 0471 01 01 13.

If the modification of the data is accompanied by the necessary additional costs, these costs are to be borne entirely by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations by the Client are only valid if they have been communicated to our customer service in writing: iinfo@brussels-shuttle.be or on 0471 01 01 13.

Cancellations can be made for an entire Reservation or for parts of the Reservation.

For cancellations that take place more than 24 hours before the day of the reservation, a full refund of the reservation in question will be given.

After cancellation, you will receive an official confirmation of the cancellation from our transport company by e-mail.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY

In exceptional cases, the transport company may have to change or cancel the reservation.
In this case, the transport company will always inform the customer as soon as possible.

In very special cases, the reservation will be cancelled.

In case of cancellation of a reservation, the total amount will be refunded to the customer.

After refunding the amount, the transport company has no further responsibility.

As a transportation company, we will do our best to help you even more with your reservations.

THE USE OF CHILD SEATS

As far as child seats are concerned, national and international rules apply and vary from country to country. However, as a transport company, we comply with all rules applicable to our cars, in accordance with the legislation.

As a transport company, we attach great importance to safety and, as a customer, you will be able to opt for child seats or baby seats for children under 12 years or 135 cm for all reservations.

The use of a personal booster seat or baby seat is possible, but must be communicated to the transport company in advance. In this way, we as the transport company can ensure that the vehicle used can accommodate the booster seat or seat. If you wish to bring your own booster seat or child seat, you must inform us in advance in the comment section of step 3. This allows us to check if our vehicles are suitable for child seats.

As a transport company, we always do our best to provide the child seats requested at the time of booking. In exceptional cases, it may happen that the child seat cannot be provided. You will be reimbursed if this happens.

TRANSPORTATION OF PHYSICALLY DISABLED PASSENGERS OR PASSENGERS IN WHEELCHAIRS

Passengers with physical disabilities or passengers who use a wheelchair on our transportation service must inform our transportation company in advance. Unfortunately, we do not specialize in transporting these customers.

Flight delayed or cancelled

If your flight is delayed or your flight to another airport is diverted, the transportation company will make every effort to schedule your pick-up and return in a timely manner.
If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Your obligations

By accepting the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to come on time to the appointment.

If, for any reason, you are not present or do not arrive at the agreed pick-up time as indicated on your voucher, our customer will attempt to contact you on the phone number you provided at the time of booking.

If our customer service department is unable to contact you via the phone number you provided at the time of booking due to an incorrect number, no network or configured voicemail, we will cancel your booking and we will no longer be able to refund the amount paid.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

We do not guarantee the route to or from the chosen destination. On our website, a Google route is shown, but it is purely informative and may differ from the actual transport route. We always try to be on time, but we cannot guarantee 100% of the desired time.

In some cases, the customer cannot immediately locate the driver of the transport company. In this case, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact our customer service via the number indicated on the voucher. If, in such a case, no contact is made with our customer service, our obligations will be incumbent upon you and there will be no refund of the amount already paid for the transport service.

If the driver of the transport company cannot find you, our customer service will try to contact the customer at the number he/she entered online during the registration. As a customer, it is your responsibility to be available on this cell phone number. This applies even during the actual pickup, e.g. while waiting for luggage or at customs.

Luggage

Your luggage or belongings are entirely your responsibility.
If any damage or loss of your belongings is discovered during transportation, we will not be responsible for it.
We therefore recommend that you take out the necessary insurance to ensure that the loss or damage is covered by this insurance.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Any person entering into a contract with us represents that he or she has reached the age of majority and has the capacity to read and understand these terms and conditions and to accept them. By doing so, you declare that you are aware of and agree to all the terms and conditions stated and described.

All the means of payment that you wish to use belong to you as a customer and we therefore assume that you have sufficient financial resources to cover the costs of our services.

All services that have been booked are also listed on the voucher that you will receive by email. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data of the point of departure and the final destination.

The customer is responsible for submitting the order form to the driver.

In case of missing or incorrect information, the customer is responsible for forwarding this data to our customer service as soon as possible so that changes can be made. When creating an online reservation, it is crucial that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are always entered correctly.

As a passenger, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary documents to cross national borders.

Prohibition

It is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages and the use of drugs. It is also forbidden to smoke and eat in our vehicles.

Complaints

It can always happen that the services we provide do not meet your expectations.
In this case, you can contact us via our customer service as soon as possible so that the complaint can be processed immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in our website and our company are strictly bound by and enjoy the protections that apply to copyright protection under national and international laws and regulations.

Without express permission, the publication, copying or use and display of this content, in whole or in part, is prohibited at any time.
